Why RiftLayer

Built for serious game hosting

We obsess over routing, disks, failover, and DDoS so you don’t have to think about them. Just deploy your server and play.

High-frequency CPUs

Ryzen™-based nodes tuned for strong single-core performance and stable TPS during peak fights.

🌍

Latency-optimized network

Smart routing and premium bandwidth give your players low ping and fewer random spikes.

🛡️

Game-focused DDoS protection

Filters tuned for common game attack patterns help keep your server online during targeted hits.

🔁

Backups & rollbacks

Automated backups and snapshot options make it easy to undo griefing or bad updates.

🧰

Modpack & plugin friendly

Upload your own packs, use popular mod loaders, and tweak configs without fighting arbitrary limits.

👥

Community-first approach

We focus on long-term communities, not one-off quick sales. If you grow, we grow.

📊

Transparent resource usage

Monitor CPU, RAM, and bandwidth so you know when it’s time to scale up — before lag shows up.

🔧

Real support, not scripts

Get help from people who actually know what TPS, tickrate, proxies, and mod loaders are.

FAQ

Questions players actually ask

Quick answers to the most common pre-purchase questions. If you don’t see yours here, open a ticket or ping us on Discord.

How fast is setup?

Game servers are provisioned automatically as soon as payment clears. In most cases you’ll have panel access and an online server within a minute or two.

Can you migrate my existing server?

Yes. For Community plans and above, we’ll help move your existing world, plugins, and configs from your old host at no extra cost. Just open a ticket after ordering.

What if my server lags — can I change plans?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade between plans. If performance isn’t where it should be, we’ll help troubleshoot first, not just tell you to “buy more RAM”.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If you’re not happy in the first 72 hours, contact support and we’ll refund your game server invoice — no games, no guilt trip.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other common online payment methods via our billing system. If you need something specific for your community, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
